Instructions for Filling the Online Registration
(Please read all the Instructions carefully before filling the Online Form)
- The Form is bilingual. You are required to fill some of the details in English as well as in Hindi. Your name should be filled in the application form as it appears in your SSC / Hr. Sec./ Diploma / Degree Certificate
- Check the spelling of your name and father's name filled by you before submitting the application form.
- Applicants need to complete the application form by entering the following information:

3. Higher Education details
4. Upload all documents
5. Check the details before submitting the form
6. Pay the Registration fee
- Upload All Necessary Documents for Registration
- Date of birth should be same in Aadhaar card, and all uploaded documents and mark sheets.

- The Applicant must report to Bhartiya Chikitsa Parishad, Uttarakhand Office for physical document verification. The Applicant must carry all the original documents at the time of physical verification.
